Which structure is best for a startup?
A Private Limited Company — it is the only structure that can issue shares to investors and is required for DPIIT startup recognition benefits in most cases.
Can I convert my proprietorship later?
Yes. A proprietorship or partnership can be converted into a Private Limited Company or LLP; we transfer assets, GST and licences as part of the process.
Do I need to visit any government office?
No. All registrations are filed online with digital signatures. Only a few state partnership registries ask for a one-time visit.
