2. Fees

Professional fees are fixed and shown before payment. Government fees, stamp duty and taxes are charged at actuals and are non-refundable once paid to the authority.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information and documents you provide are true and complete. Delays caused by incomplete documents or late responses are not our responsibility.

4. Not legal advice

Information on this website is general in nature and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Government fees, timelines and due dates vary by state and are subject to change. Content on this website, including guides, tools and calendars, is for information only. Advice specific to your situation is provided only within a paid engagement.

5. Refunds

If work has not started, professional fees are refunded in full. Once filings are made, fees for completed stages are not refundable.
