Identity and KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, photographs, address proof), business details, contact information, payment confirmations from our payment partners, and device and usage data collected through cookies.

3. How we use it

To prepare and file applications with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GST, Income Tax, Trademark Registry and other authorities; to keep you informed of status and due dates; to prevent fraud; and, with your consent, to share offers.

4. Sharing

We share documents only with the government portal or authority concerned, certifying authorities for DSCs, and professionals working on your file under confidentiality. We never sell personal data.

5. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@akontec.com. Records we must keep by law are retained for the period the law requires.

6. Security

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and staff sign confidentiality agreements.
